US clothing retailer Victoria’s Secret & Co. has massively expanded its collaboration with e-commerce giant Amazon.
Having previously offered cosmetics products on Amazon, the company now also sells lingerie, swimwear and casual wear from its Victoria’s Secret and Pink brands on the Amazon Fashion platform. The company explained that these product categories of the two labels would be sold for the first time in North America via a trading partner.
“We are very pleased to expand our relationship with Amazon,” said Greg Unis, Victoria’s Secret & Co. chief growth officer, in a statement. “Following the success of previous product launches, we have continued to expand our range on Amazon Fashion.” Selling via the online platform is “a natural extension” of the company’s own sales channels, according to Unis.
