There is no new music from Måneskin, the Italians’ last gig was at the end of July. So time for vacation. Bass player Victoria de Angelis is obviously enjoying it to the fullest – with stops in Ibiza, Rome and currently in Apulia.
There is always a camera that records that the 22-year-old is having a wild time. She celebrates with friends, lounges in the hotel bed and acts as the mermaid. In most cases, the Free The Nipple activist is barely clothed (which also applies to numerous performances with her band, by the way).
Hardly any musician is currently celebrating her freedom and freedom of movement as openly and publicly as Victoria de Angelis! The latest pictures on Instagram show her relaxing in south-east Italy. Here, she amused her followers with a temporary tattoo that, on the lower part of her stomach, invites, well, a tryst (“Scopiamo” is written there, which means something like “Let’s do it”).
Other pictures show them on a boat and dancing on the beach at night. Joining them are their Måneskin colleagues Thomas Raggi (guitarist) and Ethan Torchio (drummer) and all sorts of friends.
There is no question that Victoria de Angelis has boundless self-confidence. She recently told the Italian edition of Vanity Fair: “I’ve always had strong ideas about how I wanted to be. I refused to do things that were supposed to be typical of children, and I was ridiculed by those around me for skateboarding, playing soccer, and not wearing skirts. I did everything to be who I wanted to be.”
