VI scores tiles of the roof despite horror figures Andy & Melisa

Today Inside even manages to score with ratings flop Andy & Melisa as lead-in. The VI trio also made the most watched talk show of the evening yesterday.

There is one thing that all television stars like: a good lead-in. After all, there is a good chance that a program will score well if the program before it also scores well. The men of Today Inside, however, also manage to score without a good lead-in.

Rating flop Andy

Wilfred Genee and his buddies are on the Friday evening immediately after the ratings flop Andy & Melisa. Where that real-life soap yesterday only managed to entertain 270 thousand viewers (5 percent market share), Today Inside immediately after that reached 827 thousand viewers (19 percent). A huge difference.

Viewership analyst Tina Nijkamp: “Today Inside scores very well. No less than 600 thousand more than Andy & Melisa. Nice to score so high after such a low-scoring program. It is also the number one of the talk shows, also more than Jinek. It is striking, for the first time on Friday evening.”

Veronica Offside

The most painful thing is that Andy can be seen in two ratings flops on Friday evening. Right opposite Andy & Melisa, he also makes his appearance as a football analyst in Veronica Offside. No dog looked at that yesterday either: the score remained at 179 thousand viewers (3 percent).

It seems inevitable that action will be taken at Veronica Offside. Even the thirty-sixth iteration of Police Academy manages to captivate even more viewers.

Holland’s Got Talent at #1

RTL 4 was the big winner on prime time with 1.3 million viewers (25 percent) for Holland’s Got Talent. The most viewed alternative was Flikken Rotterdam with 1.2 million viewers (23 percent) on NPO 1.

The other most viewed titles were Twee voor Twelf with 1.2 million viewers (21 percent) on NPO 2, Today Inside and Nieuwsuur with 643 thousand viewers (14 percent) on NPO 2.
