At VfB Stuttgart, Deniz Undav is currently in the form low. The international now received backing from his team -mate Nick Woltemade.
“Deniz played a very extraordinary last season, that is nothing to be a matter of course,” emphasized Woltemade in an interview with “Sky”. Also with the national team, Undav had recently shown strong performance.
The U21 international added: “Sure, the claim has become significantly higher. But he has already hit well this year.”
In the 2023/2024 season, Undav scored 18 goals in 30 Bundesliga departures for VfB Stuttgart. There were also ten templates.
In the current season, the striker is in seven goals and an assist in 20 league games. However, Undav has been waiting for a goal for eight games. In addition, the attacker sometimes seemed like a foreign body in the Swabian attack game.

The 23-year-old added: “The boy is blessed with an enormous gift. He can score goals, can read the game, is game-intelligent. He will definitely meet again.”
In principle, VfB Stuttgart is currently “not a simple situation”. However, the players would support each other. “Deniz helped in the phase in which I didn’t play much. He spoke to me a lot,” said Woltemade.
