The number of viewers rose steadily this week from 129,000 on Monday to 201,000 on Thursday. So the final was viewed a little better. Earlier this month, viewing figures fluctuated between 68,000 and 151,000. Including delayed viewers, the average was around 150,000 in the first months of this year.
RTL announced in November that Coffee Time of initiators the National Postcode Lottery and the VriendenLoterij would stop because it attracted too few viewers. The program has been on television every working day since 2010. Coffee time previously ran between 1994 and 2000.
Coffee time was presented by Quinty Trustfull, Vivian Slingerland, Loretta Schrijver, Pernille La Lau and Patrick Martens. They were all there on Friday, just like many regular guests.
