Czech bodybuilder Vera Mikulcova41, is one of the most successful in his country.
Her career started already in 1999, when Mikulcova wanted to devote herself fully to a sport. Bodybuilding became his lifestyle.
Last August, she finished eighth in the women’s series at the Olympia Masters race in Romania. Mikulcova competes in IFBB pro association competitions.
Mikulcova has also openly admitted to using banned substances, including anabolic steroids.
He keeps his substance use under control.
– Without substances, it is not possible to compete at the top of the world.
– I don’t think they’re a bad thing as long as you understand what you’re doing, Mikulcova has said.
Mikulcova has also shared makeover photos on her Instagram account.
“Where does the line go?”
In the Czech Republic, Mikulcova shares opinions and arouses emotions. He has also noticed the dark side of social media. The comment fields and private messages are flooded with shocking messages that focus on her appearance.
Czech martial arts website Top-Fight.cz interviewed Marko Trestik. He is a former bodybuilder and current sports coach.
– According to Mikulcova, her doping is under control. I think that kind of talk is misleading. He is fooling himself.
– So where is the line between controlled and uncontrolled use? Does he mean that the use will be under control as long as he is alive? Trestik asked.
Trestik also pointed out Mikulcova’s changed voice and beard growth.
– I would remind you that the Czech bodybuilder Jakub Subrtin the body failed at the age of 32. Dallas McCaver died of heart failure at the age of 26.
– The use of steroids is never under control. Vera is lucky because she has good genes and regularly goes to the doctor for check-ups. But no one is omnipotent, Trestik said.
In addition to her sports career, Mikulcova works as a nutrition coach and personal trainer.
