It could all be a bit more efficient in youth care, says Alderman Ans Grimbergen (PvdA). In Veendam, about one in six children receives some form of outpatient youth care. This is a broad concept and can vary from psychological help to learning and parenting tips, at home or, for example, at school for children and young people up to the age of 18.
