Variegated frozen yogurt: the easy recipe for a super dessert

THENGREDIENTS X 4:
500 g of plain white yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
50 g of dark chocolate
15 blackberries
1 tablespoon of agave syrup, honey or other sweetener of your choice
5-7 strawberries
amaretti mignon or crumbled amaretti

Method

Wash the fruit and cut the strawberries into pieces. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and keep it aside. Sweeten the yogurt mixing well the agave syrup or honey, then line a rectangular pan with parchment paper and pour in the sweetened yogurt.

Add the melted chocolate very quickly with a spoon in order to create decorative lines before it solidifies.

Combine the chopped strawberries, blackberries and macaroons and put in the freezer for 4-6 hours. Once the Frozen yogurt is ready, remove it from the freezer and wait a few minutes before dividing it into pieces or cutting it with a knife.
