The Finnish Football Federation will launch a pilot project in 2024–2025. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR), i.e. the video review system, is finally making its way into Finnish football as well. The Finnish Football Federation announced the matter on Wednesday. The VAR pilot will be launched in 2024–2025. The matter was decided at a meeting of the board of the Football Association.
