A great brand of electronic cigarettes VAPORESSO just announced its rebranding campaign at VAPEXPO in Lille, France, to reaffirm its dedication to the vaping community. The campaign began with the unveiling of a new logo, with more to follow over the next month.
Founded in 2015 as a subsidiary of the world’s largest electronic cigarette manufacturer SMOORE International, VAPORESSO has a strong presence around the world. In Europe, it ranks first in the open system vaping market for France and Spain. According to the company’s press release, VAPORESSO, the company has partnerships with 31% of vape shops in the UK and 25% in France. In the United States, VAPORESSO products can be found in approximately one-third of vape stores. In the context of the market, the company claimed to have achieved a growth rate of 35% in 2021.

According to NHS, e-cigarettes do not burn tobacco or produce tar or carbon monoxide, two of the most damaging elements of tobacco smoke. Instead, they work by heating e-liquid, which usually contains nicotine, propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin, and flavorings. Under strict regulations, several thousand people in the UK have already quit smoking through the use of e-cigarettes. Since their introduction, there has been an emerging community of e-cigarette smokers who have chosen to advocate for change.
With the new branding, VAPORESSO strives to provide more care to the global vaping community.
As highlighted in the company’s recent press release, VAPORESSO’s new logo features the letter “V” in the foreground, encircled by the letter “O”. The ‘O’ is said to represent the joy, love and hope the brand hopes to bring to its customers. The “V” is a symbol of the passion to improve the community and the world through new technologies and design.

With these principles in mind, the company had pioneered new ways to improve its customer support. VAPORESSO recently launched the first flagship store in Marseille, France, making it the world’s first refillable system vape shop. The flagship store, positioned as a complete brand experience, provides users with 4S services (sales, spare parts, services and surveys). According to Jimmy Hu, vice president of VAPORESSO, the company plans to expand its 4S stores in Paris and other major French cities.
During the launch of the event, VAPORESSO also introduced the new after-sales service system to ensure prompt response within 48 hours for partners and customers.
