A motorist was injured in Meppen this evening. The victim crashed his van into a tree and was taken to hospital.
Police and ambulance came to the scene of the accident. The accident happened on De Kockstraat (N854). After hitting the tree, which broke off, the vehicle came to a stop on its side.
