Van owner catches burglars in the act

The facts take place on Thursday afternoon in the Hertlaan in Koksijde. Two boys try to break into a van when the owner catches them. The two then make a run for it. The owner immediately notifies the police, who then arrest the duo in a shop in Zeelaan.

They were in possession of stolen goods and tools to break in. Presumably, the two also qualify for other facts.
