On Monday afternoon, a van and a car transporter collided at the intersection of Pieter de Keyserstraat and Cornelis Houtmanstraat in Emmen.
Those involved escaped unharmed. It is not clear how the accident could have happened.
Behind the van was another trailer, with planks on it. The van and truck were badly damaged. The police arrived on the scene to deal with the accident. A recovery company has been deployed to tow the damaged vehicles.
