Spring is in the air. Pensioner Peter Glage cannot be happy about that. He does have a garden, but it looks like Hempel’s under the sofa.
All because the office puts obstacles in his way, making the conservatory so impossible. Nothing but trouble with the authorities for eight months!
The Glages are 85 and 84 years old and live in Heiligensee. You want a conservatory with a basement underneath. They have the money, they have the craftsmen, but slowly they no longer have the strength to argue with the district office.
In this case, why not simply decide as common sense dictates?
