“We will not send the US military to Ukraine in case of a conflict, we have provided them with weapons, intelligence, advisers so that they can defend themselves. But in the event of an attack on the Americans on the territory of Ukraine, we will respond.
We must give diplomacy every chance of success. The United States has made its proposals on security in Europe. These include new arms control measures and strategic stability measures.
