This week, Biden announced that the States will send a new shipment of heavier weaponry to Ukraine. The payload will include classic howitzers – heavy artillery guns that can be used against advancing troops in such a larger battle. But even more striking is the use of the so-called Phoenix Ghost: an unmanned drone that can take images, but can also be detonated wherever you want. Of that Phoenix Ghost, 121 will be sent to Ukraine.
