NEW YORK (Dow Jones)–US industrial activity also slowed in the second reading in November compared to the previous month, according to a survey by S&P Global. As in the first reading, the purchasing managers’ index collected by S&P Global was determined at 49.4, after 50.0 points in the previous month. Economists had expected a reading of 49.6. Above 50 points, the economic barometer signals growth, below 50 a shrinking economy.
