US Justice Department confiscates three works of art stolen by the Nazis from museums

American justice has seized three works by the Austrian artist Egon Schiele from a number of important museums in the US, reports The New York Times. The works are claimed by the heirs of their former owner: Fritz Grünbaum, an Austrian-Jewish comedian, art collector and critic of the Nazi regime, who was killed in Dachau concentration camp in 1941.
