The United States on Friday announced new military aid worth $ 2.2 billion (over € 2 billion) for Ukraine to help the country in the fight against the Russian invasion. The Americans will, among other things, deliver missiles with a longer range than the missiles that have already been sent so far. The new long-range weapons, the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bombs (GLSDB), can hit targets up to 150 kilometers away. That is almost twice the range of the previously sent HIMARS missiles.
