The offering at the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier shopping center, which is still under construction, continues to take shape. On Thursday, the real estate company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield presented twelve other companies that have secured retail space in the property. Completion of the project is scheduled for spring next year.
The new tenants now introduced include the menswear label Jack & Jones, which belongs to the Danish bestseller group, the outdoor brand New Zealand Auckland, the eyewear supplier Viu and the jewelry retailers Pandora and Swarovski.
Constantin Wiesmann, Director of Leasing Austria & Germany at URW, commented on the latest progress: “The leasing for the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier continues to run at full speed,” he explained in a statement. “Now that the leasing of anchor and large areas has been completed, we are currently focusing on, among other things, differentiating and premium concepts in the areas of fashion, accessories and beauty.”
Well-known clothing suppliers such as Breuninger, H&M, Zara and Mango, international fashion brands such as Lacoste, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger as well as sporting goods retailers such as JD Sports, Foot Locker and Intersport had previously been introduced as tenants.
