On the night of February 26 or 27, five Romanians entered the renowned antique store in Hendrik Consciencestraat. They made a hole measuring 40 centimeters by 28 centimeters through the adjacent building, an empty bank, and gained entry. On February 27, two men took advantage of the hole again and made off with a lot of luxury goods. The total loot ultimately consisted of 88 luxury handbags, 16 Hermes bracelets, two gold rings with brilliant cut diamonds and two Jaeger LeCoultre watches.
