The free helpline ‘Stop it Now!’ has received many more requests for help since the Pichal case, but cannot handle two-thirds due to insufficient staffing. “A daily moment when our service is available by telephone and via chat would certainly not be an unnecessary luxury,” says project coordinator Minne De Boeck.
