During a raid at the end of October last year, a large drugs laboratory was found in Handzamestraat in Kortemark. A team of investigators, supported by armed local police, raided a local farm. In the warehouse they found a large amount of synthetic material and large blue barrels containing chemical agents. Several people were arrested.
