Unizo files an official objection against the Ventilus project
The public inquiry will run until the end of next month.
Unizo wants a postponement until the techniques are available to move the high-voltage line completely underground. As the plans currently stand, the route will occasionally go above ground. Some companies and local residents fear that the radiation is harmful to health. According to Unizo, some choices in the process are also illogical and politically driven.
