North Korea has continued to develop nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles over the past year, a confidential report from UN observers monitoring the country’s sanctions says. North Korea obtained the necessary technology, knowledge and equipment from abroad, partly through international cooperation, partly through cyber attacks, the report says.
