Dfter the excellent success of the last season, tonight at 9.20pm on Rai 2 It kicks off Undercover Boss 2024. The new edition – always conducted by the very good Max Giustiat the helm of the program since 2020 – is made up of 3 episodes. The format – English – is the same as always: some entrepreneurs, unrecognizable thanks to camouflage, go to work for a week alongside their employees to discover strengths and weaknesses of the places of work created by them.

The boss protagonist of tonight’s episode is Alessandro CondurroCEO of L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele in the World. Historic pizzeria born 150 years ago in the heart of Naples boasts several franchises around the world. Umberto, for example, shows him how to make Salsiccia e broccoli pizza – one of the most loved by customers – and fried pizza. Franca instead teaches him the rules for excellent customer service. But she doesn’t end there: together with Antonio he prepares the classic Neapolitan graffe – a donut fried with sugar – and the chocolate knots. With Prince, however, he works to maintain cleanliness and order in the place, fundamental elements for the good functioning of the pizzeria.
