‘Under 30′: Forbes’ German-speaking fashion pioneers

Forbes has announced the ‘Under 30’ list for the German-speaking region.

The US business magazine has published its new ‘Under 30’ list for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), Forbes announced on Monday. This year, too, some representatives of the fashion industry are listed.

Every year, the local Forbes list includes thirty entrepreneurs under the age of 30 in the areas of social impact, entertainment, retail and e-commerce, sports and gaming, science and healthcare, media and marketing, and arts and culture , Manufacturing and Industry, Technology and Finance have ‘achieved great things’. A large number of entrepreneurs from the fashion industry made it onto the list this year, for which there were over 2,000 applications. The youngest representative from the area is only 22 years old.

Design and marketing pioneers

Yeal Anders, a Swiss designer, is represented. She has already created a capsule with the Swiss fashion collective Mon Amour, followed in 2022 by a collaboration with the German sporting goods manufacturer Adidas. Both the Landesmuseum in Zurich and the Kunsthaus Bern have already exhibited her art.

Christina Agyemang is responsible for the rapid development of ‘On’. As a marketing expert in the Movement Lifestyle division of the Swiss sporting goods manufacturer, she was responsible, among other things, for the campaign for the joint collection with the fashion house Loewe.

‘Six Ways to Sunday’ is Lisa-Marie Schaffner’s fashion label. The Austrian has been marketing her personal brand on social channels since she was 14. Your start-up should be completely self-financed.

Developers under 30

Even Louis Vuitton and Moncler used his method: German Cornelius Schmitt designed a 3D printer for shoe designs. With ‘Zellerfeld Shoe’, all computer owners should have the opportunity to design their shoes online, and Schmitt then prints them from recycled material.

Michael Mayr achieved an achievement. With his company ‘Silana’, the Austrian developed a robot that enables fully automated sewing of clothing. Local production could avoid long transport routes and thereby reduce CO2 emissions.

Furthermore, the German Miriam Weltmünster was honored with a place on the list for her company Nippli Europe GmbH, which is represented by many trading partners thanks to its nipple covers. Julian Wiebke, co-founder of the German start-up Inflabi, dedicated himself to the technology of security products. The company developed an inflatable helmet used in sports activities.

The Forbes ‘Under 30’ list for the German-speaking region has been published for the eighth time.
