The extreme race consists of five loops of approximately 32 kilometers each, running through varied and challenging terrain, including steep hills, dense forests and muddy tracks. Competitors have just 60 hours to complete all five loops to complete the craziest ultra run. The start of the race will take place between midnight and noon on March 14, Belgian time.

Karel Sabbe is an accomplished ultra runner and has already achieved impressive performances in several ultramarathons around the world, including the Pacific Crest Trail and the Appalachian Trail.
