Sergiy Kyslytsya, the Ukrainian ambassador asks for a moment of silence during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council in New York. “A silence to pray for those who have already been killed and for the souls of those who may have been killed.” His Russian counterpart Vassily Nebenzia clearly disagrees and cuts him off. “I want to add to the list the people who have been dying in the Donbas region for years.”
