Ukrainian minister: “Half of Kiev shelters are unusable” | Abroad

Kamyshin and the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitsjko, say on Telegram that about a third of all bomb shelters have now been inspected. Some of them simply cannot be opened. Facilities in other air raid shelters are inadequate.

Since early May, Russia has increased its attacks on Kiev. Air raids are mainly carried out at night.
