The websites of several Ukrainian ministries have been hacked. Visitors to the sites of, among others, the Ministry of Education and of Foreign Affairs were shown a message in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish. It stated that the personal data of all Ukrainian citizens has been erased from the authorities’ computers and that they will be made public. The attack has not yet been claimed, but is taking place amid mounting tensions between Kiev and Moscow.
