The Ukrainian Kalush Orchestra won the Turin Eurovision Song Contest with their song Stefania.
Finland’s Eurovision Song Contest The Rasmus was ranked 21st.
Finland received its only town council votes from Estonia, Italy and Serbia. Finland received 26 votes, or a total of 38 points.
As expected, the profit went to Ukraine. The Kalush Orchestra’s Stefania song has been a pre-favorite since Russia invaded Ukraine.
– This victory is for all Ukrainians, Slava Ukraine, soloist Oleh Psiuk said after the victory.
Stefania tells about the mother of soloist Oleh Psiuk.
At the end of the Stefania performance, the soloist touched the world for help from the people of Ukraine and Mariupol.
Political statements are forbidden at Eurovision Song Contest, but Ebu considered Ukraine’s appeal to be humanitarian, not political.
The victory was the third in the history of Ukrainian visas. In the past, it has won in 2004 and 2016.
A surprise was seen in the town hall, as Britain’s Sam Ryder got the most points with Sweden’s Cornelia Jacobs on his hocks. Spain’s Chanel Slo-Mo has the third-largest panel vote.
Despite the investment, The Rasmus’ Eurovision Song Contest was bullish. The band was still stuck in the first rehearsals a few weeks ago, but as the visas progressed, the right tone was found.
In the first exercises, The Rasmus also had technical problems. Guitarist Emppu Suhonen told Iltalehti that when the problems were solved, he immediately became more confident on stage.
Soloist Lauri Ylönen the vocals also improved as the exercises progressed. In the visa final itself, the song hit the button, and after the performance, Lauri smiled liberated.
