Amsterdam – Talks between a Ukrainian and Russian delegations about ending the war have ended in southeastern Belarus, Russian news agencies said. But a second round of talks will be held, according to a Ukrainian spokesman, after consultations have been held in the capitals of Kiev and Moscow.
