Ukraine recovers 26 prisoners in third detainee exchange with Russia

Ukraine announced Saturday that it had conducted a “third exchange” of prisoners with Russia since the beginning of the Russian invasion, which allowed the liberation of 12 Ukrainian soldiers Y 14 civilians.
