North Korean leader Kim Jong-un left Pyongyang by train for Russia on Sunday for a visit with President Vladimir Putin, the dictatorial regime’s news agency reported. The US may impose additional sanctions on North Korea if that country supplies weapons to Russia. The Americans said this in response to planned talks between Pyongyang and Moscow.
