The Russian embassy in Washington DC has expressed dismay at the announced US delivery of depleted uranium ammunition to Ukraine. A Russian missile attack on a market in the Ukrainian industrial city of Kostjantynivka left 17 dead and 32 injured. Ukrainian Interior Minister Igor Klymenko confirmed this.
