Ukraine carried out its first drone attack on the Russian city of Saint Petersburg last night. The city is located about 850 kilometers from the closest border with Ukraine and is the birthplace of President Vladimir Putin. A source within the Ukrainian security services told the Ukrainian newspaper Kyiv Post that one of the drones also flew over Putin’s estate on Lake Valdaj, halfway between St. Petersburg and Moscow.
