The Russian capital was hit early Tuesday morning by a drone strike that caused “minor” damage to buildings without causing casualties, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
“This morning at dawn, a drone strike caused minor damage to several buildings. All the city’s emergency services are on the scene (& mldr;) No one has been seriously injured so far & rdquor ;, he wrote on Telegram.
Moscow and its region, located more than 1,000 km from Ukraine, have so far been the target of drone strikes very rarely since the beginning of the conflicteven if this type of attack has multiplied in other parts of Russia.

The images posted on social media they showed trails of smoke in the sky. In others, you can see a window of a broken building.
This attack follows Kiev in Ukraine by Russian drones overnight, which left at least one dead, according to the city’s mayor Vitali Klitschko.
