Russia and Ukraine agreed in July on grain deliveries, which are vital for several countries in Africa and Asia. A control center has been set up in Istanbul, Turkey.

According to Ukraine, Russian inspectors there have been delaying inspections of the ships sailing to and from Ukrainian ports to transport grain for 10 days. More than 165 ships are said to be stuck in a traffic jam on the Bosphorus. It would be 3 million tons of grain.
