Roni Hirvonen suffered a concussion at the summer camp of young promises in Toronto. Forward Roni Hirvonen, 21, who will play in the AHL and possibly the NHL next season in the Toronto Maple Leafs organization, suffered a concussion at the club’s youth promise summer camp on Saturday. Hirvonen was caught under defender Nolan Dillingham’s roll in the middle area. Dillingham isn’t Toronto’s reserve or even a contract player, but he was invited to camp.
