A new Ebola epidemic in Uganda has already killed at least 17 people in three weeks. The Ministry of Health in Kampala announced this on Monday. The World Health Organization (WHO) had already reported 29 deaths last week. But Uganda only counts the number of deaths among the confirmed patients. The WHO also counts the number of people who ‘suspected’ have died from Ebola.
