The German U17 juniors meet defending champions Spain in the semi-finals of the World Cup in India.
The Spaniards turned their semi-final against Japan late on Saturday and advanced to the semi-finals with a 2-1 (0-0) win.
Coach Frederike Kromp’s team will play in the semi-finals in Margao on Wednesday.
The European champions have to do without Kromp, goalkeeper Eve Boettcher and Alara Sehitler, who tested positive for Corona. Nigeria meets Colombia in the second semi-final.
