The second half culminated in an eventful final phase. First, a low free kick from David Vazquez (80′) found its way into the German goal. Bilal Yalcinkaya (87′), who was nominated later and came on as a substitute just a minute earlier, shot the DFB juniors into the lead for the third time after a fine dribble. Goalkeeper Max Schmitt (90th) was able to hold on to this with a strong save shortly before the end (See all goals on FIFA+).
