The red chairs in the main hall of De Oosterpoort in Groningen are filled and there is a buzz. It is 11:30 am on Wednesday morning. Seventy musicians from the North Netherlands Orchestra (NNO) start playing. A piece of music by composer Richard Wagner (1813-1883).
