Two teens charged in shooting at Super Bowl victory party | Abroad

The winners of the Super Bowl were being honored with a parade in Kansas City on Wednesday when shots were suddenly fired. One person was killed and 22 people were injured. The police assume that there was no terrorist motive, but an argument.

Three people were arrested, two of whom were minors. Those two are being held in a juvenile detention center. The third suspect was later released because he was not involved.
