Two Russian theatre-makers in prison "justify terrorism"

A Russian court placed two artists in pre-trial detention on Friday. The two are accused of justifying terrorism in one of their plays. Yevgenia Berkovitsj (38) and Svetlana Petrishuk (43) risk up to seven years in prison. The women have been held in custody until at least July 4, a Moscow court has reported, quoted by Russian news agencies.
