In Eindhoven, both the De Haan gas station and the Albert Heijn XL in the Woensel shopping center were robbed on Tuesday evening. This happened between eight and eight thirty. It is probably the same perpetrator.
The gas station on Huizingalaan has been attacked several times in the past, including in 2018 and 2019. This time, the armed perpetrator struck around eight o’clock. Ten minutes later it hit the supermarket, according to Burgernet reports.
The perpetrator is between 55 and 60 years old. The police advise people to call 112 and not to approach the perpetrator themselves.
Agents are investigating. For example, camera images are viewed and the police helicopter flies around above Eindhoven.
