Two black residents of Minneapolis filed charges Tuesday against Derek Chauvin, the white ex-cop convicted of the murder of George Floyd. The two claim to have been treated similarly by Chauvin in 2017, alleging racism and violation of civil rights in their charges. The city of Minneapolis has also been sued.
