Police in the English city of Liverpool charged two men on Saturday over the death of 9-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel in August. The police said in a statement that a 34-year-old man should stand trial for murdering the girl and for two attempted murders. A 40-year-old man has to answer to a judge for helping the perpetrator.
