Two people were injured in a serious accident on the N34 near Odoorn this evening. This concerns the drivers of both vehicles involved, the police report.
The victims were transported to hospital after assistance was provided on site. It is not known how they are doing. The two drivers were the only occupants of both cars.
The N34 is still closed near Odoorn due to police investigations. Furthermore, the road is littered with debris. It is not known when traffic will be allowed through again.
